Hello,

I warmly invite you to a 5-day stay in beautiful nature, focused not only on detoxifying the body and mind but also on developing yoga and meditation practices, education, and finding inner balance, energy, and nourishment before the coming winter period.

Autumn is a time for slowing down, cleansing, and preparing for the winter season, during which, just like nature, we should rest and recharge. Our digestion needs to be lightened, our body calls for purification, and we need to restart our immunity. What could be a stronger combination than merging this regular autumn ritual of mine with the healing energy of nature and a deeper connection with ourselves through movement and inner stillness? Autumn is also a time in our society when we experience illnesses, which it seems we now consider a normal part of our lives. From my experience, regular spring and autumn fasting is one of the ways to adjust to a new normal – a natural state of health.

Let yourself be invited and take responsibility for your health.

The number of chronic diseases has increased by 50% over the last 50 years, despite the fact that today we have more scientific information than ever before, and Western medicine is advancing at a cosmic speed. However, unless we realize the fundamental connections between our physical body and mental balance, the healing journey is merely unconscious groping, and we cannot experience the full potential of health. The ever-increasing consumption of chemical preparations is far from truly understanding what our body is trying to tell us through the voice of recurring symptoms.

I have gone through a long journey of cleansing myself, experiencing repeated health problems, and putting my health into the hands of doctors, which is now 8 years in the past, and I feel gratitude for discovering the inner healer within me, who is present in each of us.

Over the 5 days, you will experience a varied program focused on holistic health care. We will focus on our stomach and its wisdom.

In addition to completing an intensive Ayurvedic autumn fast – aimed at detoxifying the body – we will also explore other topics related to health.

Topics of our time together:

  • Digestion, elimination, quality of food: Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas, the impact of food on our health.
  • Ayurvedic view on nutrition and digestive disorders.
  • Nourishing oneself in nature, eco-psychosomatics in practice.
  • Lecture on the Nervous System – sympathetic and parasympathetic, stress and its impact on our health, guided evening relaxation.
  • Morning awakening in the body through gentle restorative Yoga and mindful movement.
  • Emotional Focusing – conscious work with emotions.
  • Mindfulness meditation in nature.
  • Food addiction, emotional overeating, eating disorders, and dopamine.
  • Morning meditation and stillness.
  • Genetics and epigenetics in the healing process, or how everything is interconnected not only in the stomach.
  • Movie Yoga – documentary screening.
  • NLP – the use of neurolinguistic techniques to rewrite and transform undesirable thinking and behavior patterns, achieving goals, overcoming obstacles, etc.
  • Healing time in nature, or what we can learn from plants and animals.
  • Regulation of food intake – hunger vs. appetite, intuitive eating, mindful nutrition.
  • Morning indigenous meditation.

Rovena Šebánová: I have been dedicated to a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional health for 16 years. In my approach, I draw from my personal story, in which I have gone through a journey of deep healing. I intuitively combine touch therapy, Yoga and meditation practice, breathwork, somatic practice, craniosacral biodynamics with other theoretical knowledge. These include various philosophical topics, psychology, process-oriented psychology, neurology, epigenetics, eco-psychosomatics, existential psychotherapy, as well as Buddhism, Eastern teachings, and shamanism. I trust my inner healer and consider health to be our natural state of being. The purpose of my existence is to create a safe space for those around me and guide them on their own healing journey because I am convinced that we can continually learn from each other. I am sure that not only I, but many of us, are looking for answers to what it means to be HUMAN. More about Rovena

Zuzana Dobromila Bartovicová: I am an Ayurvedic consultant, nutrition and Ayurvedic advisor, Hatha Yoga instructor, and a professional vegetarian and vegan chef. My original education is in food chemistry, sociology, psychology, and adult education. I organize lectures, training, and courses on vegetarian and vegan cuisine. I professionally focus on nutrition and vegetarian cuisine. I cook at courses and seminars. I educate myself in the areas of healthy nutrition, good digestion, and body regeneration. I study the influence of food on our psyche and emotional state. I also study how our psyche, thoughts, and emotions affect our relationship with food, digestion, and health. I focus on the Vedas, psychology, psychosomatics, and the causes of illness. I also work with techniques to rewrite patterns and old habits in our behavior that no longer serve us, such as our attitudes, filters, values, limiting beliefs, experiences, and traumas that prevent our growth or movement on our life path. I use a holistic approach with clients based on my own journey of growth, self-awareness, and self-realization. More about Zuzana
