Through a few questions, I’d like to invite you to a 5-day movement and meditation camp in the beautiful Edenium space in Veľká Lomnica.

If you don’t have answers to these questions—or have your own unanswered ones—and you’re in a phase of life calling for change and personal growth, then join us for this transformative movement journey.
We will play, develop our awareness through mindfulness techniques and yoga practice, work with our emotions, dive into meditation, explore movement through Play-Fight practice, harmonize our relationships, ground ourselves in the present moment, foster authentic communication, open up, and experience many things not yet available to us in this moment. Through these new experiences, you will connect with yourself on entirely new levels.
My intention is to create a safe space and share practices that hold deep and honest meaning for me. Throughout the practice, the integrity of each participant will be honored, as this is essential for nurturing uniqueness and individuality.
This camp is suitable for anyone who, like me, loves the journey of healing and is open to new insights, experiences, and personal transformation. It’s also ideal for those looking to build a better relationship with themselves, enhance their personal, romantic, or professional relationships, or who work with people in helping professions.

Rovena Šebánová
I have been devoted to a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional health for 16 years. My practice draws from my own personal journey of deep healing. I intuitively integrate touch therapy, yoga and meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, craniosacral biodynamics, along with a wide range of theoretical knowledge. These include philosophical studies, psychology, process-oriented psychology, neurology, epigenetics, eco-psychosomatics, existential psychotherapy, as well as Buddhism, Eastern teachings, and shamanism. I trust my inner healer and believe that health is our natural state of being. My purpose is to offer a safe space and guide others on their healing path, because I truly believe we all have something to learn from one another. I am convinced that not only I—but many of us—are seeking the answer to what it truly means to be HUMAN.

Contribution: €500/person when registering as a couple
€550/person individually
The price includes accommodation (4x double rooms, 2x triple rooms, 1x four-bed room, 1x five-bed room), delicious homemade vegetarian meals from Wednesday lunch to Sunday lunch (including drinks), and full program guidance.
