- €470 for bookings after April 15, 2026

Cancellation Policy:
The €70 deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to cover advance payments for accommodation and catering, which are also non-refundable from the provider’s side.
The remaining balance is due within 30 days of registration. If this deadline does not suit you, feel free to reach out and we can find a solution together 🙂
Cancellation up to June 1 (before the event) – full refund except for the deposit.
Cancellation up to June 15, 2026 – 50% of the remaining balance is refundable (deposit not included).
Cancellation from July 1, 2026 – 100% cancellation fee applies, with no refund possible.
