Three days in nature to slow down, quiet the mind and step away from the noise of everyday life. PORTAL is a space for returning to yourself – through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, nervous system work, nature and the elements.
You can look forward to a cacao ceremony, chakra calibration, ritual herbal baths, working with water and fire, tobacco body cleansing, sound healing, sharing circles and evenings around the fire. Part of the programme will also be dedicated to silence, solitude and simply being – without the need to solve, achieve or become anything.
