What can you look forward to?
- Yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra and a sound bath, all under the professional guidance of our certified yoga instructors Lucia and Janka
- 2-hour horseback ride in nature
- Suitable for complete beginners
- Lovely, well-trained horses matched to each participant’s riding experience
- Small groups for comfort and safety
- If you’re not yet confident on horseback, you can choose an alternative:
1 hour of riding lessons + 1 hour of riding in nature - If you’d like to come with a partner who is interested only in the “yoga programme,” no problem — just get in touch and we’ll work it out together
- Cacao ceremony
- Accommodation in the beautiful surroundings of Retreat Residence Edenium beneath the Tatras
- Full board – healthy and incredibly delicious vegetarian or vegan meals prepared by our wonderful chef Mili
- Outdoor heated hot tub with a view of the Tatras — for warming both body and soul
