What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice of working with inner energy that combines movement, breathing, and focused attention.
Although it is a gentle form of exercise suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition, its effects can be deeply transformative.
Harmony in Movement
The practice consists of soft, flowing movements.
When these movements are combined with conscious breathing, Qi Gong becomes a “meditation in motion.”
It helps us quiet the noise of the outside world, practice true mindfulness, and return to our inner center.
Through this practice, we become more present in every moment of the day.
Connecting Body and Mind
Qi Gong works with the human body and mind in a holistic way.
On a physical level:
It builds stability and strength in the legs (our roots) while gently releasing tension in the shoulders, neck, and the entire upper body.
On a mental level:
It helps release accumulated stress and calms a busy mind.
The result is a feeling of deep relaxation and a state in which you begin to feel truly comfortable and at home in your own body again.

The retreat will be guided by Aneta Heribanová, a certified Qi Gong instructor.

Yoga mats and meditation cushions will be available during the stay.

Arrival: from 14:00
First group practice: 17:00
Dinner: from 19:00
Saturday
A full day of practice, relaxation, and nourishing food.
Sunday
Morning practice, breakfast, and a closing sharing circle.
Departure by 14:00 – so we can take as much positive energy home with us as possible.
