– face yoga with Zuzana Ondrisová, focused on relaxation, toning, and mindful awareness of the face

– rest and relaxation in the peaceful surroundings of the Tatra Mountains, where life naturally slows down

– a Latino evening filled with authentic Cuban energy brought by DJ Carlos Diaz

– dancing that everyone can enjoy, regardless of experience

– a small group of women creating a warm atmosphere and natural connection

This weekend is not about knowing how to dance.

It is about letting go, feeling good in your body, and leaving with renewed energy.
